Stage 1 of 4

Spark — one app that saves money right away

No concept novel, no contract marathon. We take one process that costs you money month after month and build the app for it — in days. Your team sees how fast this works today. That's the spark.

What actually happens

Step 1

Intro call

A free 20-minute call. Is it a fit, person to person? Is there a process with real savings potential? If not — we'll say so honestly.
Step 2

Process-mapping workshop

Three hours max, free of charge. Target picture, process flow, data sources, interfaces — after that, the process is ready to build.
Step 3

Build

We build on our hardened core — which is why it takes days, not months. Built solid once, tailored to you.
Step 4

Operations

Runs in the p2cx tenant in the EU — with monitoring, error handling and a KPI dashboard that shows your savings in black and white.
Prerequisites: Up to 3 processes with combined theoretical savings of at least €1,000 per month — and access to wherever your data lives today. Whether it's SQL, CRM or SharePoint — the Excel folder on the server counts just as much. And if paper still wanders through the building: that's a starting point too. That's all we need.

Pricing — refreshingly clear

Outcome pricing

You pass on 33% of your savings. No upfront investment, cancel monthly — the 33% runs for as long as the app runs with us, and ends when you cancel.

We calculate the savings together in the workshop and fix them in writing — after that, they're visible to both sides in the KPI dashboard. Workshops, operations, monitoring and the dashboard are all included. Why so affordable? Because we've largely automated the process generation.
Worked example

Typing up and checking order confirmations

  • 15 minutes per case × 200 cases a month = 50 hours
  • 50 hours × €40 staff costs = €2,000 savings/month
  • 33% of that = €660/month for p2cx — €1,340 stays with you.
Illustrative — we'll calculate your real numbers in the free workshop.
The aha moment

“Why didn't this work with the last provider?”

After about a week, the first app is up and running — and that's exactly the question your team asks. From then on, we stop talking about digitalisation. We do it.
Gate to Stage 2

Did the spark catch?

Is the app really saving money? Does your team want more? If not: you keep the app and the savings — and we part on good terms.
