What does the first app from p2cx cost?
p2cx charges 33% of the proven monthly savings — no upfront investment, cancel monthly. Example: a process saves €2,000 a month, so the app costs €660 a month and €1,340 stays with you. Prerequisite: processes with combined theoretical savings of at least €1,000 per month.What does outcome pricing mean in practice?
You only pay if the app demonstrably saves money. The savings are calculated together in the free process-mapping workshop (effort per case × cases per month × staff costs) and fixed in writing. After that, they're visible in the KPI dashboard at any time. Workshops, operations, monitoring and the dashboard are included in the price.How long until the first app is up and running?
Typically about a week: a 20-minute intro call, a process-mapping workshop of three hours max, then a build in days — not months. That's possible because p2cx builds on a proven, hardened software core, and only the adaptation to your process is built new.Do we need our own IT department?
No. p2cx builds and runs the apps in a managed EU tenant — you need neither servers nor IT staff for that. If you have your own IT, we bring them in early; if not, we handle operations completely.Our data lives in Excel, Outlook and folders — does that still work?
Yes — that's the normal case. The Excel folder on the server, the inbox or even paper are valid starting points — we build interfaces to databases or legacy systems if they're needed. That's exactly what the first stage is for.What happens to our data, and where is it stored?
All data stays in the EU. Access is role-based and protected with multi-factor authentication. AI features run exclusively via EU-hosted providers. The exit is documented: you can get all your data out at any time — no lock-in.Who from our team is supposed to build later?
Usually not developers, but two or three people from the business side — the ones maintaining the Excel lists today, who know their processes best. We find them together in Stage 2. In Stage 3, they learn to build in three levels with growing permissions, always with an automatic security gate before production.What do Stages 3 and 4 cost?
A fixed, predictable monthly rate instead of a project budget — the amount depends on team size and scope and is agreed together before Stage 3 starts. Honestly: we discuss the actual numbers in person, because they depend on your starting point. No lock-in contract, adjustable at any time.What happens if we want to stop after Stage 1?
Then you stop — cancel monthly, no reasons needed. The stages are separated by gates: we only move on if it pays off for both sides. If you leave, the documented exit kicks in, including a full data export.Who is p2cx worth it for?
For mid-sized companies — typically 10 to 500 employees — with manual processes that together hold at least €1,000 in monthly savings potential. Prior digitalisation experience is expressly not required. p2cx is based in Lübeck and works mainly with companies in Northern Germany — and remotely beyond.
